I went back to the Campo di Fiori today, since last time it was a Sunday so there weren't many vendors there. Today there were lots of fruit and vegetable sellers, including a guy who was selling some kind of implement for cutting vegetables and fruits into weird shapes.

You've never seen a garnishing kit before? We have two, but I don't think we've ever envisioned making that kind of design with a zucchini!
